Description

This recipe is so easy and is the perfect way to make juicy and tender chicken! This became a family favorite the first time we tried it.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup olive oil

2 Juice of 2 lemons or 1/3 cup

3 2 tsp garlic powder

4 2 tsp onion powder

5 2 tsp salt

6 1/4 cup soy or Worcestershire sauce

7 1/4 cup brown sugar

8 1 tsp black pepper

9 1 tsp paprika

10 10 chicken drumsticks

Instructions:

1 In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients except the chicken.

2 Add the chicken to a large zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Remove as much air as possible, close the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken for a few seconds.

3 Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. For best flavor allow the chicken to marinate for 2-12 hours.

4 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and then with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken registers 165 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
